Matthew 4:18-20
18 And Jesus, walking by
the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon
called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the
sea; for they were fishermen. 19 Then He said to them, “Follow
Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” 20
They immediately left their nets and followed Him.
This year, we combined our
Fishing trip with Idaho’s Free
Fishing day. This allowed us to supply
food and drinks while the Idaho Conservation Department helps supply the use of
Fishing Poles and Night Crawlers. What a
wonderful time we had, we also invited to join us some Boys and Girls and older
retiree’s to join us that may not have had the opportunity to have gone otherwise
and allowed our children to become disciples and speak about Jesus helping
ordinary men become fisher’s of Men.
The
guys at the Fish Hatchery were busy hooking and baiting poles for the
children. I wish to thank this crew for
their wonderful courteous work they did.
